If you added the Easyship shipping protection for your order and your order is lost, stolen or arrived damaged, then you can easily file a claim.
Go to the below link to start your claim and it should be processed within 5-7 days. All claims go through Insureship, the company that covers the shipping protection and they will only communicate with the customer.
We cannot file the claim for you nor do we have any additional insight, all claims must go through Insureship and they will fully handle it.
Insureship is a separate company working with Easyship to provide this service.
If you did not add the shipping protection for your order and it was lost or stolen, then we will not refund or replace the order.
If your order arrived damaged and you did not have shipping protection, contact us using the contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
